Where does NAMILIA ship from and what are the costs?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Berlin, Germany. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Domestic orders within Germany typically arrive in 2-4 business days. International shipping varies by destination, generally taking 5-10 business days for standard delivery.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Please note that certain items like underwear and face masks are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
